      Individual contributors are not respected. Team managers take all the credits and promotions.

      Pros

      good work life balance in my project is the only reason to work here

      Cons

      Low pay and low salary yoy hikes for individual contributors. Slow growth and promotions. Managers will steal all the teams success and achievements. Managers will take the hikes and promotions for themselves. One of the manager in WPB department got promoted (to next role) 5 times in past 7 years while the members in his team got promoted only once or twice.
