Fired me after less than one week with no warning because I was in a sad mood due to some personal events that happened the week prior. Provided no feedback or warning or any standards of how they needed people to behave. Showed no sensitivity and supervisor blatantly gaslit me and accused me of things I can prove I did not do. Performative and full of greenwashing, spends most of the money on fancy and flashy furniture and additions to the conference rather than making an impact. All the social action and caring about the world is performative and I am extremely glad I did not spend any more time with this organisation. Very cult like and think theyre so special and edgy because they use emojis.
