      Poorly located in terms of public transport, no parking; average age skews younger. Very high workload and challenging behaviour.

      - prestigious/ high expectations - only low level disruption. Students usually well behaved - very good opportunities for staff and students - free breakfast on Fridays and inset days

      - EXTREMELY high workload - limited support - long hours - stressful

      It’s hard work and you will need to be committed to the vision and ethos to feel that job satisfaction.
