      Pros

      They are a good place to start a career in. Amazing views from the office

      Cons

      The Digital team lacks clarity, there are clear favourites, lacks communication of any sort for a "comms" agency.

      Interesting work in a social environment, with decent development opportunities through networking.

      Cons

      Very long hours where 12 hr days and weekend work are normalised as a result of an incredibly high pressure environment. This is unfortunately made worse by the low wages offered by Hanover.
