Mid-Range Salary. Accommodations are shouldered by the company.
Cons
Too much office politics, prioritizing favoritism over productivity. Career opportunities are being halted for some. Selective diversification and inclusion. Had a better management pre-pandemic years.

Free breakfast and lunch everyday. Overtime pay.
Cons
No growth in career. Relatives are mostly favored instead of qualified candidates and/or employees for a raise. Politics are very evident; family dynamics are prioritized. Gaslighting, bullying and being bias from the Head of Departments. Power tripping. Very low salary. Statutory deductions evasion (Philhealth, SSS and Taxes).
