No benefits/bonuses at all, you’re better off buying a healthcare plan off the marketplace. They’ll have current employees write positive reviews. High turnover rate and there’s many reasons why. Owner will micromanage to the extreme and make promises that won’t come to fruition. Zero autonomy to make your own choices or bring in new ideas. They want you to be on call monthly, no pay even if you come in. No mileage reimbursement going to and from properties and you’ll use your personal cell phone. When I left, I was given a text message to return my keys and then completely ignored with questions I had regarding what was happening. There is no HR department or anyone to protect you. Very poorly run and unprofessional company.

The benefits don't start until a half a year of employment, so it can be difficult trying to work in time off prior to that without taking a pay cut for that pay period. However, the management are happy to work with me about working make-up days during the first six months.
