Pros

Many nice co-workers. (many of us intend to leave or already have left the company.)

Cons

If you plan to be a production worker, learn how to moo before you come to work here. Production workers are nothing but a replaceable herd of cattle in the eyes of upper management. Turn-over rate is very high. In my department nearly 80 percent of my co-workers have not even been there a year. Most of us have no intension of continuing to work for this company. Management always claims to be "looking into everything". Examples: 1.) Just yesterday (after being told that we would have the Friday before Memorial Weekend off) we had a last minute meeting less than 24 hours before the Memorial Day weekend that we were being mandated to work the next night (Friday) Most of us had already scheduled flights, booked hotels, or made plans with our families. Many of us chose to ignore to mandate, take the point, and lose our vacation pay. Most of us were already looking for another job even before this took place. 2.) A team of very hard-working temp. workers (who were better workers than many of the direct-hired workers) were let go with about a week's notice just before Christmas. This company is heartless when it comes to their production people. Great place to work to get by, but KEEP LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE IF YOU ARE IN PRODUCTION!
