      Govt. like process. Red tapism in every process. Employees are day dreaming that it would be Govt. company one day and it made then shirk.

      Time Pass Activity & Sucking Up to the Boss/Supervisor - if someone is habituated in doing so and has no problem with such a display of lowly behavior

      They Look out for Sycophants and ensure that they Remain in the Company for Boosting the Egos of their Bosses. They CHEAT on the Disbursement of Variable Amount which is Rolled Out in the Offer Letters. At the Time of Appraisal they score low for the candidates who are not like but have been thoroughly used and misused throughout the year. They can deduct as much as the entire variable amount of an employee - without giving him/her any reasons.
