Lack of support Pay Rate Benefits Minimal work life balance You will get blamed for the lack of knowledge the billing team has.

No work life balance, expected to do way more than your role states. Most times filling in for higher positions

Pros

Work from home and autonomy.

Cons

Poor support. Autonomy is great, but having an escalation person is important. Lot's of blame when clients are not happy except with the team knowledge deficiency.
