Set up to fail from day one, then terminated with no conversation

The operations manager I worked with was genuinely helpful during the one real training call I got. That's the only positive I can offer in good conscience.
Cons
Anyone hired into this role is being set up to fail. Client information is scattered across ClickUp prep notes, intake forms, kickoff notes, access docs, and random Slack threads, with no central source of truth. The position is staffed at 25 hours a week but carries an easily 40-hour workload, advertised at $20–25/hour. That pay-to-workload ratio is not realistic for the technical scope, which includes DNS, domain setup, A2P registration, advanced verification, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and full client onboarding. Training was about three hours total. The internal SOPs are outdated and contain broken video links. Nobody else on the team actually knows how to do this work now that the previous person is gone, so questions in Slack mostly went unanswered. The whole team is in constant firefighting mode and clients are visibly unhappy. One cancelled during my short tenure. I built my own tracking spreadsheet, wrote a pre-kickoff client checklist, and sent step-by-step instructions to the account manager for pulling Zoom recordings. None of it was acknowledged. I worked through my scheduled vacation creating documentation to be ready when I returned. On May 7th I lost access to Hubstaff, Slack, and ClickUp with no warning. I emailed the owner twice and the account manager once asking what was happening. No response from anyone. On May 8th I received an email from the office manager stating my employment had ended May 6th — backdated two days, with zero conversation, zero feedback, zero warning. The owner never once spoke to me.
