It was a very nice experience to join Helin. At first I had nice conversations with the recruiter. When I entered the building I was immediately welcomed very friendly and naturally a nice conversation started.In addition to the good and pleasant job interviews, which made it clear to both parties that there was a click and also provided clarity about the work, it became clear from the tour of the building that there is a pleasant working atmosphere. If they were not too busy, you were greeted friendly, they showed interest in you, and it also went well and in an informal way. On the first day at work, there was, as usual, an extensive ordered lunch that the company pays for and everyone sat down at a very long table without fixed seats and soon nice conversations arose. It is a very international organization with colleagues from all over the world, so the working language is usually English. It is a workplace where every individual, from whatever country, culture or background or whoever or whatever they are, is completely accepted. I felt at home there right away.

As the office manager, I feel I am the hub of the office, helping to keep things running smoothly. This central position has offered me a sense of importance and responsibility, as I am helping the organization function effectively.
