      -Agreed salary paid into bank by end-of-month

      Cons

      -Management/Owners not teachers so absolutely no support on academic side -No support with poorly behaved/aggressive/racist students -No training/CPD -Salaries are low -High teaching staff turnover

      I was paid every month at the agreed rate however I know colleagues in other academies who had issues

      Cons

      Chaotic management structure and lacking support for teachers. Bosses were not teachers themselves so there was no superior with teaching knowledge. No pay for planning time and unfair treatment of different staff.
