Worst place to work

Recommend

Pros

There’s nothing but a decent package where they attract the people with package and make them to get in to the company.

Cons

No worklife balance, unprofessional young employees, No leaves, have to work on Saturday and Sunday, no govt holidays, too much pressure on the employees or freshers, if you do not achieve the targets for a day then it’s LOP. Here few of the ATL’s has over confidence and does micromanagement and suffocate the employees. Here frequent hiring happens as most of them resign due to 0 work life balance and hectic work pressure and 0 benefits from the company.

Very Toxic work place

Pros

The company ensures timely salary credits before the 4th of every month and actively hires employees.

Cons

Employees are overworked, and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are mandatory workdays. Targets are unrealistic, setting employees up for failure (ATLs) have little to no experience, yet enjoy better working conditions. The sales team feels exploited, and management seems oblivious to their struggles. Benefits like team lunches have been absent for over a year. Employees frequently leave due to extreme work pressure, and retention is poor. ATLs impose their own rules, using pressure tactics and threats of pay deductions (LOP) for incomplete tasks. ATLs allegedly assign sales opportunities to their favorite team members, rather than distributing them fairly based on performance or potential. You are not allowed to talk to other team.
