Pros
I have been fortunate to have a fantastic manager and excellent projects thus far. My manager has supported my career aspirations by giving me tasks that I have interest and capability in completing successfully. He generally trusts me to make the right decisions but will provide feedback when required. I have had the opportunity to travel when required.
Cons
There is a lack of open communication and information is often withheld from employees. There is little collaboration between the various subsidiaries resulting in low economies of scale and repeated work.
