Pros

An immense amount of free-time to either relax and entertain yourself (as most of the employees did) or, in my case, to do homework and study. Free company lunch every Friday. Casual interactive weekly ability to earn a few extra dollars in team-building settings and incentivized competitions (and the competitions didn't have "losers," only winners). Reasonable compensation for the expected workload.

Cons

Little upward mobility options. Feeling like "my hands were tied" when federal regulations prevented me from providing genuine assistance to applicants. Sort of "sparse" training (you were expected to learn on the job, which sort of intimidated me). The position was contracted and it ended before I would have liked it to and with seemingly little warning.

- Horrible micro-management and mismanagement - Lack of concern for employee well being - Very left leaning, progressive company - Negative coworkers; this company seems to attract low quality people
