Dear former colleague, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s reassuring to hear that there were some positive observations you had while working with us. Many here have indeed had a lot of positive things to say about their colleagues and managers, and this is due to the organizational culture we are constantly making efforts to promote and protect – a culture that is based on the idea that we are a team and that the purpose of leaders is to support their teams and ensure their success. However, it is also clear from your review that you were not satisfied with your overall experience working at Hemmersbach, and we are sorry to hear that. There are some new markets we have been trying to grow in, and that has come with some growing pains, which has led to some misunderstandings along the way. We have already taken steps to correct these issues, and we are making improvements every day. As for your claim that HR did not keep their promises, it would be helpful to know what specifically it was that was promised but not delivered.
