Its a body shopping company. The employer is very supportive if everything is going good but at times there are cash constraints too.
Cons
Single Owner. There is no opportunity for growth in this company.The company can do better but it should not be a sole proprietership as it is today and it should be a prime vendor for companies in bigger cities and who are fortune 500 companies.
