      Pros

      The colleagues are very helpful, understanding management and overall fun and relaxed working environment. Everyone from boss to hr to team lead to GM are helpful, kind and understanding which is rare.

      We have Flexible timings at Heytech and this is one of our favorite benefit ..... Management is fine never faced any extra work load or extra work pressure. seniors are helpful in learning and development ....

      sometime late sitting not every time but only to complete working hours because of flexible timings....
