Pros

No Pros as such. They have a few Implementation Projects in Middle East. They had a few Support Projects earlier but slowly they have lost all the Clients because of poor Delivery. They Delivery has also been poor in Real Estate Sector as such its only the same Delivery at all the Clients with Copy Paste methodology rather than meeting Client Expectations been met.

Cons

There are many Cons but will highlight only 5% of the total Cons as it will require many days to complete it :- A. Employee:- 1. Employee are treated as Slaves / Bonded Labour and not as Consultants. There is no work life balance as such. You have to work on all Saturdays and Sundays without a break if you are on Project. There have been instances when an Employee have hardly been given leave on important occasions like Marraige, Death etc. 2. There is no concept of Hierarchy Structure which forms the crux of any Organisation. All employee be it a fresher or as high as Senior Project Manager reports to Delivery Manager. So its basically run by one person and others are only puppets for the so called Delivery Manager. 3. The Senior Management are employee of HCC Core Team during its Implementation with no background of IT experience. All have Construction Company domain experience and hardly aware of IT Company functioning and culture. Their only business is to fool around the Client on one side and employees on the other. Absolutely no knowledge of IT Delivery based methodology. 4. The salary are not happening on time. Salary happens somewhere between 10th to 15th of next month. 5. If you resign they it very personal and make your life miserable. One of every 2 employee who resign have been tortured after the person has resigned. 6. The Company Revenue is on decline. They hardly get any projects these days. Though the website boost of calling them leaders in Construction Companies SAP implementation, its all fake. Its only Company which I have come across that had some 250 employee during 2013 and now has just around 110 employees. That says how well the Company is progressing.

Pros

Placebo effect of savings. At client location, free accommodation, food, essentials are in offering. Spectacular trick to get employees hooked by reducing pay scale.

Cons

Managers, not leaders: Top management is unsympathetic about employees. Personnel management over HRM: Feeble HR as well as top management add to emotional trauma. Work life balance: I've seen people in agony and still working till 1 AM, constantly. Lack of knowledge about project management: A great flaw for any project oriented business is their lack of understanding of planning. Unrealistic planning only results in employees feeling that the team is being inefficient to complete deliverables in time. Unprofessional: I've had personally experienced their insidious behavior while I had put down my papers. Their treacherous acts were uncanny.

Pros

Highbar is a start up organization. A lot of work to do if you want to learn.

Cons

If you want work life balance, respect, growth, humanly treatment, there are better places to work. Management is pathetic, no one knows what they are doing, always trying to fool the top management and employees by showing off, on the contrary, every one is baking his bread and milking the organization for personal benefits. Company follows a sub grade hiring policy, they wud always hire some one lesser talented so that no one challenge them, and in case there is a wrong hire (which means by mistake if they hire intelligent people) they will make their life miserable, because they are very very insecure.
