Pros

I can’t think of one thing

Cons

RUN. Every single negative review here is spot on. They monitor their employees every move, illegally post non existent jobs fishing for cvs to add to their database. You get told you are doing a great job and then will fire you because their particular branch isn’t doing well so they need a fall guy, however they will try spin it around to make it seem like it’s your fault. These people are terrifying and I can’t believe they’re still in business. I trust that karma will be coming. They hire young impressionable girls that they think are disposable and that they can manipulate and skirt around the law with. Watch out.

Pros

Other than working with some great colleagues, that’s really it...

Cons

The pay is barely enough to survive on and Honestly commission is not worth it in the end. Make sure you read your employment contract fully especially the section regarding the commission pay out. They don’t care about the wellbeing of their employees, and unfortunately that’s why they couldn’t keep good employees. All they care about it money.

Pros

Free popcorn and coffee, but it can't make up for the terrible salary, constant checkups and micro managing, being watched by camera's all over the office constantly and no flexibility at all. I once arrived 10 minutes late for work, because my I had to take my husband to the hospital. I had to fill in a leave form for 10 minutes!!! but it's acceptable to come in an hour early most mornings then you get "rewarded" by being able to leave 10 minutes earlier in the afternoon.

Cons

*Bad working culture *No flexibility or freedom *They flood online search portals with hundreds of ads for positions that don't exists everyday between Tsumini, Goldman Tech and Hire Resolve almost making it impossible for perceptive job seekers to find real jobs. *They monitor and control all communications and activity that takes place on the computer system e.g. We had to make use of our own personal LinkedIn accounts to posts vacancies (that don't exist) thus your account will be on auto login on your desktop. Once management actually confronted a co-employee over personal messages she received from other companies headhunting her. Basically crossing ethical lines by reading personal messages without consent and then threatening her. The message was clear: if we find out you are looking for another job by breaching your privacy and spying on you we will fire you. *Provided little to no guidance and expected to perform at a high level In short: There are other recruitment agencies that offer better working conditions and a dynamic team environment that also follow APSO industry guidelines. If a work environment that is non flexible, sexist and requires of you to cross ethical lines is something you want to avoid then steer clear from Hire Resolve.
