I’m still half expecting someone to jump out and tell me this was a hidden camera prank. Could I give zero stars? Or minus five? This experience has been deeply unethical. I was brought in under false pretences and then let go almost immediately, which strongly suggests there was never a genuine intention to employ me in the first place. And i am one of many. It’s hard to understand how founders can operate this way, how senior leaders can stand by and allow it, and how this kind of behaviour is presented to investors as acceptable. At this point it feels surreal.
