Pros

- Work on variety of systems and applications - Learn a lot in a very short time due to huge workload

Cons

-Turnover is massive (I was there 2 years and they went through 4 Chief Operations Officers) - HR is run by family members and punish employees for reporting management misbehavior - Super low pay scale - Puts employees on salary and overworks them 70+ hours per week - No room for promotion - Nepotism run rampant and only friends and family get promotions - If you did not get it in writing from management it is safe to assume it will not happen - Clients do not receive the services they pay for (OnsiteRIS over-promises what they can do for a business, then has the technicians make up excuses for why things never get better)

Thank you for the feedback. Danny Smith has been our COO for 4 years. We are committed to building a company based on fairness. I am disappointed your work schedule and responsibilities were so taxing. Integrity and transparency is one of our highest values and I believe sets us apart from our competition. We endeavor for both our clients and employees to always free feel communicate with us any concerns they may have.

Pros

Great company. Values-driven but no room for slackers. Expectations are crystal clear. People that lack drive and initiative don't make the cut. If you want to work just barely hard enough to not get fired, move along, move along.

Cons

Extremely fast growth has made the workload difficult at times.

Pros

Company offered a great bit of flexibility when necessary.

Cons

No support when your needing to take time off or have an emergency. Your pretty much forced to work after hours to stay on schedule. Your pretty much thrown into your position with very little to no training at all. Your either going to sink or swim. It’s totally up to you.
