      There are still some friendly colleagues around.

      Cons

      The leadership is corrupted, selfish and useless. They are good at playing office politics, but had no capabilities of their own jobs. The Company’s financial statements are highly doubtful as well. The company’s cash flows are risky. There is only impolite demand in this company. The supervisors are very rude.

Collaboration: Cross‑functional work lacks clear owners; meetings are lengthy and ineffective. Pay & growth: Annual raises below market; promotion criteria are opaque. Benefits: Meal allowance has been reduced; no comp time for overtime.
