Pros
Since they are a small company, the owners are deeply involved with everything. Ed Wolf is always a phone call away for repairs, advice, or even running a game himself if necessary. Sue Wolf is the schedule coordinator and will always do her very best to accommodate everyone's needs, working around school schedules, etc cetera. Both are incredibly lovely people who want nothing more than to foster a welcoming, collaborative environment amongst their employees.
Cons
The schedule is entirely dependent on customers booking rooms, so there is no guarantee of number of hours or any consistent schedule.
