Pros

No pros as of now

Cons

Lots of politics.. CTO is like deaf and dumb only listen to their favourite ones.. HR is puppet here they only listen and will say we will take care of it but nothing happens… No transparency in ratings and no justification given for same.. Lots of internal firings at regular intervals.. Job is not secure and they follow practices not on work done but who is favourite will get promotions.. Not a result driven company only works for those who are their favourites … My personal recommendation please dont join this company keep this as last option… Hr is puppet. Dont go by GPTW rating..due to favouritism and politics they are getting this rating.. Guys who are working over there are working from long time and are technical incompetent event the high level management is technically incompetent..If you are new to system you are easy target on basis of bell curve which will ultimately lead to lay off… No transparency in bell curve created by managers based in their favourites and ultimately you have to suffer if you are new to system…

Pros

Very few and really hard to describe.Work life balance. Good pay master.

Cons

Very confused top management. Regular lay- offs result insecurity in employees. Client and brokers / vendors struggle due to frequent change in policies of the company. No long term / medium term strategy of company. Have seen employees getting laid off within 2 months of joining. This shows very very poor planning of management. Several employee's career got destroyed due to housing.com and their frequent layoffs. Completely unethical company. Would strongly recommend job seekers not to join this company or very soon u will be seating at home. Highly unorganized and unprofessional company.
