      Interesting and lively company with lots of scope for people to learn and grow in multiple areas of the antiques and bespoke furniture business. Capable people can achieve real career progress and work their way up. Friendly and supportive team.

      Great products and quality supply chain/makers.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Business owner is a bully, a micro-manager and puts all efforts into retaining a personable public image, where as the reality is directly opposed to this. High staff turn-over due to not valuing staff who actually make everything happen.
