Unjustified salary Salary date no other benefits Behaviour is very polite, but conspiracy is tremendous no appreciations and recognition dump increment extra work/responsibility for against increment No proper and justified Job Description and transparency Unjustified contract for employment no family life, personal life and health every employies are treated as a house servant of the seniors unhumorous politics and backpedalling many more things that are always against for an employee are manipulated by the seniors, if you can say always "yes, boss" then life will be jingalila without any hard work.
