      Too Flexible leads to No Structure.

      Pros

      Great exposure to a variety of product developments. Nice work office. Fast product development time frames. Good software team.

      Cons

      Poor long term strategy with no quality focus. Many products been shoved out the door to end up with field issues because they are clearly not ready. All engineering disciplines think they can do other disciplines work.

      Pros

      You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and clients. There is a really good breadth of engineering knowledge across all the major disciplines. A number of awesome senior engineers are supporting and developing the talents of bright and eager juniors and everyone else in between are good to work with

      Cons

      The choice of some of the project operational tools is a hangover from Hydrix’s early years as a software development company and need to be modernised and more client focused
