Pros

chinese company standard benefits and salary convenient location

Cons

They constantly push us to work longer hours and weekends just to meet unrealistic deadlines. There's a constant feeling of pressure and stress that makes it hard to even focus on ur work. I've had weeks where I've worked over 70 hours just to try and meet a deadline that was set by someone who clearly had no idea how much work was actually involved. And when we don't meet those expectations, they're quick to gaslight us into thinking it's our fault. I've seen people get publicly shamed in meetings for not hitting their numbers, and then the execs will act like they're being "helpful" by offering to give them more work. It's insane. I will not recommend this company to anyone, especially not to other developers. It's a toxic work environment where you'll be overworked, underpaid, and always gaslit and guilt tripped. Save urself the stress and look for a company that actually values its employees.

Pros

The only pro is the good pay

Cons

Leadership Style: Management prioritizes rigid oversight over collaborative growth, which has negatively impacted team morale and autonomy. Retention Issues: The organization faces significant turnover challenges, with an average employee tenure of approximately three months. This constant attrition suggests a need to re-evaluate the internal culture and onboarding processes. Technical Constraints: The current database infrastructure, localized in Taiwan, lacks 24/7 synchronization. This weekend downtime creates significant data gaps and hampers operational continuity. Business Model Concerns: There are transparency concerns regarding the company’s revenue recognition, specifically how client deposits are utilized as operational capital. Compliance Risk: Certain management practices appear to navigate the margins of regulatory requirements, posing a potential long-term liability for the firm.
