Pros
No pros. The owner from bihar has strong regional bias towards people from his hometown. Selection does not happen on merit and management is very vague about the market and their own roles and responsibilities
Cons
Unprofessional people. Well mention some package on their offer letter but is mostly dependent on conditions. 20 k salary will give you only max 8k per month. Owner is selfish and displays extravagant wealth in front of employees which is shameful as the company itself is struggling.
