      None at all with this company

      Cons

      4 years with the company, and all employees on my team left making less than we were when we started. In 4 years I had 0 interaction with any company leadership as a remote employee. When the company lost the contract due to incompetence they immediately locked all of us out of HR and email systems.

      Great Senior Leadership. Great pay and benefits. An awesome company culture focused on collaboration, attention to detail, effective communication, work-life balance, and supporting our customers.

      I have not noted any significant downsides in the year that I have been here.
