Pros

The case load systems are awful, glitchy and result in constant re-work. More time is spent on figuring out how to extract more than 12 hours a day from people than on providing support. Don’t plan on working weekends.

Cons

Burnout 4 times in 7 months because of the lack of care for peoples’ mental and emotional health. Don’t expect management support and don’t talk back or question anything or you will be disciplined. Whilst you’re supporting your community from a mental health perspective, you are not supported. Nepotism isn’t healthy either.

Pros

Organisation is full of talented, hard working individuals that want to do well for members. Leadership has good intentions around ED&I, sustainability and work/life balance.

Cons

Business didn't appear to have a clear strategy. Lack of clarity around objectives across the business resulted in frequent confusion across departments. Lack of processes and new projects continually being launched without an understanding as to why. Decisions made without consulting teams on resource, timing and feasibility resulted in conflicts across teams that could have been avoided.
