Low salaries compared to the market, they always wanted to keep you with the lowest minimum as possible, if you had an offer they would start discuss with you to stay and they will increase but they never did and this was a shame, Managers always say sweet words but never do something for you. Even the events are repetitive every year, the zoo every year, they wanted to do events but on a low budget. Fewer opportunities unlike what managers are saying
