      Growing into Electronic Era

      Pros

      The company is continuously working to expand the way they are trying to deliver and receive credentials as the world is going paperless and sending records electronically. They have expanded to sending and receiving reports and records via secure portal and work to improve access to the evaluations.

      Cons

      Some people are not as open to change as fast as the need to go digital goes.

      There really isn’t any substantial pros to be honest.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. They are extremely understaffed which leads to poor communication and lack of proper training. Middle management is very incompetent, disorganized, extremely hostile, and lack true leadership skills, and would rather blame the staff they are in charge of overseeing rather than take accountability for their own errors in training and protocol. There is absolutely no career growth in this company and management makes it very clear your replaceable. Lastly, the overall work environment is quiet and very unwelcoming, co-workers rarely engage unless absolutely necessary or in short meetings.
