Overal good employer, growing fast but mindset remains that of a SME/family-business.

Pros
You get a lot of autonomy. You are surrounded by strong water experts. Colleagues are nice.
Cons
Company culture is a bit old-fashioned, salary isn't very satisfying, work pressure can be high. Could take better care of their employees. Growing fast but mindset remains that of a SME/family-business. Another 'Con' is that the company is only based in Antwerp.
