Pros
They have good insurance & tuition reimbursement without restrictions of which classes you can take.
Cons
Bad management: revolving door. Wage theft of overtime hours. Usually they hire part timers for less than 20 hours so u don’t qualify for part time benefits but then offer you extra hours up to 35 a week like they are doing you a favor. They also make you work in increments of like 4 hours every day for four days which is far more wasteful to you bc of cost of fuel. Most quit after 1-3 months! It is a scheme.
