Cons
The Management lacks Integrity, Respect and Kindness to their employees. Turnover is extremely high and says a lot for a "care management" company. They will do and say anything to "win" business no matter the expense. No Loyalty, everyone can be replaced is the model. No business culture and Management are two- face.
Was able to work remotely and have a flexible schedule when needed. The commute was not stressful. The client contacts were great to work with.
Cons
The ran a bare bones dept, when someone left or new clients came on, the workload increased. Ownership/Management was not willing to invest in software upgrades to improve processes or invest in additional staff. Ownership was of the handshake mentality and added work to depts without knowing how to bill for it and how much man power it would take.
