      Trying hard but nothing comes to my mind.. yes this organisation is that bad..

      Just to highlight, I was an HR manager there so trust me no one would know better...!!! The CEO is the most corrupt person I have ever come across, he just thinks of employees as slaves.come and work for 24 hours..!! Will use the bond to harrass and torture you.HR is asked not to respond to any resignation for months..yes.. months.And thats why even after serving notice, following up on acceptance,nothing. and they will harrass you saying you absconded. The recruitment/HR team searches jobs for employees outside their company..!!! shocking...right but true.may be a try to clear their conscience. My advice to anyone even considering working here..please save yourself from this trap and nightmare.

We work hard to ensure that all team members align with our value systems. Unfortunately, not every individual we hire is a fit, and it’s important that individuals exhibit the work ethic and integrity that is key is this job function. One of the hardest things to do when an organization is scaling up is build a strong HR function that can effectively serve your team. We are sorry that you were unable to fit this need.       Every thing is con . The only company in this world who have 95% of unsatisfied employees. No Job security. Not humans . Only Fake promises. Contact Ex and current employees you will find the truth. Hard working and honest people have o place there. Request all the current (real) and ex employees to keep this platform posted to save our brothers life on a humanitarian ground.

      One of the worst company i have ever seen. Fake HR Policies, FAKE Managers No insurance policy No medical Policy They will cut salary with unknown reasons. Feeling sad you i wasted my time there. now working in Microsoft.

      Close your organisation and sell samosa and golgappa..

      It is unfortunate when disgruntled former employee looks to make false accusations at a company that does their best to support their people. All claims regarding our HR, insurance, and medical policies are false. At ITBD we look to build a community that supports all our team members' needs. Unfortunately, not everyone is the right fit for our environment.
