Pros
The team around you are amazing. Always helpful to one another, never felt like a bother asking questions or giving support when needed. A great place to learn and progress your career in the IT industry.
Cons
- Salary is on the low end of the scale, especially within London (inside the M25) - They don't offer working from home as an opportunity. There's flexibility to do so when you are ill, or if you need to have the odd day here and there, but otherwise it's frowned upon.
