ibidi has a wonderful work culture. There is a familial environment in the company and it starts from the top with the CEOs. The teams within the company are quite small and as a result there is more opportunity to take on responsibilty and grow as an individual.
Cons
Due to the small nature of the teams, sometimes the work can seem chaotic. Pay-rise isn't the best in the industry.
