The people there are fantastic. I had the chance to meet a diverse group of individuals from different countries and backgrounds, and I really enjoyed working with them during my time at IDL. They’re professional, and the work produced is of very high quality.
Cons
Senior management is a major issue—and I could probably stop there, as most other comments say the same. They lack the organizational and interpersonal skills needed to effectively lead the company. Bringing in a strong COO could make a huge difference and help the company reach its true potential. As it stands, things are disorganized, and the poor (or sometimes nonexistent) communication often creates tension and division among team members.

Bonne ambiance entre les collegues.
Cons
Beaucoup de problèmes de confiance. Le respect envers les employés fait défaut. L'ambiance de travail est ressentie comme oppressante en raison des observations fréquentes de la direction au bureau. Des comportements inappropriés envers les employés sont parfois observés. Peu d'opportunités de carrière. L'attribution des primes semble basée sur des critères autres que la performance. Limite entre vie pro et privee peu respectee.
