The quality of technical work at Ignitho is genuinely good. You get to work on real client problems which means the learning is practical and directly applicable. I have worked on end-to-end machine learning projects that pushed me to think beyond just model building and understand the actual business context behind the problem. Management is supportive and approachable, you can have open conversations without feeling like you are being micromanaged. Work life balance is genuinely good and the flexibility makes it easier to focus and do quality work.
Cons
Like most services companies there is room to invest more in structured skill development and learning programmes for employees. Career progression path could be more clearly defined. These are minor points in the bigger picture and the overall experience has been positive.
