-Despite good salary, chances of getting an increase is very minimal. Will ask you to work above and beyond your job description without so much as a thank you, let alone OT pay.
- HR and Management is conniving and has favoritism. They will push you out through exclusion.
- Will never entertain queries that are "difficult" for management to justify.
- Emails are usually replied with "we'll discuss it soon". Follow up emails are usually replied with "sorry we've been busy". Most of the time, no reply or acknowledgement.
- Monthly plans can and often do change daily. Deadlines are tight.
