Pros

Extremely creative excellent place for creative to grow and learn from the seniors

Cons

imagine clocking 16 hrs a day for 2 months straight that includes saturday and sundays. Would be fine if its purely for something new and interesting, but not for doing changes and aiming to reach deadlines, Due to the the bad accounts management decision not being able to get the required information needed way earlier.

2 sides of a coin.

Pros

An ideal environment born with the gift of the gab or for those looking for a well padded retirement job as the management has decided to change the office business focus to servicing one client only. Never required to work beyond the scope of work being hired for. Ideal for those looking to work in accounts. Lots of opportunity to be directly liaising with client for those in the production and creative team.

Cons

Not an ideal environment for those who are working in the production or creative capacity as there is limited work and venue for showcasing your abilities, as the management has decided to focus on servicing one client only. Projects are revenue driven by the hours worked on. So may at times be required to "work longer" for more revenue. Limited career growth prospect and limited investment on staff personal growth. Dependent on company discretion, there may not be performance bonus provided. Salary increment only correlates with published yearly inflation. Does not reflect on staff abilities and skills. Agency is revenue driven, resulting in high turnover of staff.

Pros

You get to work with really creative and passionate team

Cons

Poor work life balance, upper management doesn't really know their employees' struggles, too much focus on generating numbers than tackling the real issue which is to understand the way the local market works. Not enough compensation and benefit
