There are numerous:- 1. Ill behaved, unfriendly and arrogant seniors. 2. Always fear of losing your job. 3. Quick firing policy. 4. Worst managers (Abusive as they are factory owners), not having any empathy, too dependent on senior employees, never value your hard work. 5. Night shifts 6. HR don't have any power. 7. Never work for the benefit of employees (No training, no work exposure) 8. Casual and most unprofessional work culture. 9. Bad clients 10. No leave policies and salaries get deducted for no real reason.. Actually list is so long, and all the points can not be covered. I have read the reviews but still joined the company and paying the price. You don't dare to join please.

This is really a bad company to work with,they don't give your salaries after you resign. Will not relieve you easily,will want you to work free for them after resignation for 3-4 months or even more,if you do not do this,they will not give your official Experience certificates. Now coming to experience i had while working,the so called Ceo's dont know anything,they talk in very rude manner,talk abusively. In this company everything regarding the project, is handled by 1 employee(You),that would involve client communication,coding,management,time estimation.No whatsoever management team here.
