Pros

Good discount, a lot of nice people work there

Cons

No life, no support, no thank yous or gratitude for hard work. Constant messages late at night, on weekends - any time of day with disregard for employees having a life. The CEO often tells employees he can do their job much better than them (even though he has never had any experience in this industry before starting this company) and speaks to people in a very unprofessional and belittling manner. A lot of employees off with stress due to the destructive environment caused by this. While working in fashion will always have a fast paced nature, the way the business is run causes a multitude of issues and is completely unnecessary. Staff are not appreciated here and you will be made to feel like the one in the wrong if you bring up any issues with it (if you even mention anxiety it will get swept under the rug faster than you can blink. Upper management seem in denial despite staff bringing this to their attention on multiple occasions. Average employee lasts approximately 3 months before leaving.

Pros

Nice and friendly (and overworked) people, staff discount

Cons

terrible mental health, terrible senior management, micro management, overworked, contacted weeknights and weekends, poor salary. Please don't be fooled by social media/the documentary. this is a horrible place to work, the CEO and higher management ignore feedback and will never learn.

Work here if you haven't got a social life

Pros

- Opportunities - Events - Creating contacts

Cons

- Favouritism, if you're the CEO's 'mate' or 'act like he's the best thing since slice bread' you're more than likely to receive the benefits before the silent and successful people. - No work life balance, even though it is included in your contract that 'you may be required to work out of hours' it does not state that you would be EXPECTED to work from 8am-10pm without time owned. - Serious harm to past employees mental health & you're told that perhaps you're not working hard enough to complete work so maybe this is why your mental health is suffering. - Only criticism & no appreciation in your successes. - No HR team & no help offered when needed. - Mean Girl environment. - Managers talk about their staff and are not professional what so ever. - Adam & Jamie don't think about peoples emotional state or care about embarrassment in the office. (Be prepared for offensive & rude "jokes")
