Pros

You have room for mistakes and if you're brave enough, you're allowed to be yourself.

Cons

1. Landmark - It is a self development program, that has the potential to seriously damage your mind. I don't want to go much into what landmark is, but I will say this. Landmark has a clause in their registration form that says if you have a mental health problem do not go there unless you are certified by a professional. I pointed this out to management, but as anyone could've guessed, mental health is rarely taken seriously. They reduce mental health issues into 'moods and feelings', which is another nugget of wisdom from landmark. I did landmark twice and the second time, it really affected my mental health. 2. Diversity - There's a huge diversity problem at intimetec. Jeet (CEO) often quips about how everyone should be rowing in the same direction to reach the destination. While its a nice analogy, employees or managers are not simply doing as menial a task as rowing a boat. Every single person, in the upper management speaks one mind; there's no protest. They agree or they shut up and the consequence of this is that they roll out policies that are often harmful and impeding growth. A diverse management could've probably pointed these out. 3. Disregard for expertise - or as they call it in intimetec, 'Doing what's needed'. Excellent software engineers have been pushed towards management (despite their own personal interests) because they are good at managing people. Some of them are happy, others mediocre and just want a job, the rest are unhappy and eventually resign. No great inventions, discoveries, startups happened because people 'did what's needed'. They took chances and did what their passion was. Just like Jeet did. 4. The super human CEO - Jeet is not a man, he is superman. He needs just 4 hours of sleep and is never exhausted. Well that's good for him, but the rest of the human world faces something called burnout. Which is why many governments and organisations make people take mandatory vacations. As a workaholic myself I can attest to this so can most developers. Sleep and rest are important. While giving out sermons on working hard and all that, please remember that when Donald Trump asked people to drink bleach, some did. 5. Disregard for intelligence - Since intelligent people ask (smart) questions, it is a problem to most cults. Intimetec's answer to that, is to not ask questions and to read the book 'Surrender Yourself'. I thought I had a problem because I couldn't 'surrender myself' nor did I understand it's meaning. Don't surrender if you don't want to. Having trust and faith in people is important, and you have the right to choose. No one can make you wrong for that. 6. Disregard for mental health - Don't do surgery on people's minds. There are doctors with multiple degrees still making mistakes when it comes to dealing with peoples minds, and here you guys read a couple of books, do a landmark course and are ready to deal with the human mind? It is traumatic, damaging and irresponsible, not to mention the sheer disrespect to mental health professionals. 'Doing open heart surgery' is an expression that is used in intimetec (borrowed from Landmark) which often includes yelling and berating people. 7. Politics - I always thought there was no politics at intimetec. But there is. It is the politics that is practiced in any cult worth its salt. Ready made answers, crazy rhetoric and introduction of new and out of dictionary meaning for words like rackets, stories, integrity and authenticity. For eg. 'there's no right and wrong', 'do what's needed to be done', 'take a stand', 'don't talk about it if you can't do anything about it', 'they are stories you create, you don't know what the facts are'.

Sorry In Time Tec didn't work out for you. We are here to create abundance for everyone we touch. In this mission, we will not be able please everyone and there will be few who might not feel at home here. We shall continue on our mission and will not compromise on our values in the interest of pleasing few individuals. Reading through the feedback though, it is clear that your objective is to unload your complaints in an effort to damage the company’s reputation and not to help the people who are looking for useful and factual reviews of the company. At multiple places you have contradicted yourself. One is left to wonder why you stayed for three years at a place that seemed toxic cult to you. Good critical feedback takes an honest and balanced approach. In good conscious and in alignment with our values, we cannot address each of your complaints individually. We are clear about what we are up to and the kind of loving, caring, growth-oriented platform we are building for our employees to achieve their dreams through the company’s dreams.

Pros

They are providing good package to fresher to start their career.

Cons

I have been working in ITT more than 3 years and I found lot of gapes and poor management. These are as mentioned below 1: No technical expertise in the company. No advance technologies and no proper design work in most of project. Most of Leads and Managers does not know about technical challenges in the project. Thus, they delivered poor quality to the client. 2: "Looking good" is the key factor here for growth. Employees only delegate the task to their lower layer and did not provide any help. They called this as a "growth model". They put everything on the head of fresher and watch the game from stand. 3: I did not see proper design work and architecture in most of project because technical leads does not know how to design a software. 4: Manages are occupied in one-on-one where they interfere in your personal life without your permission. If you denied to talk on your personal area, they will consider you a weak person and poke you again and again. 5: Employee performance evaluation criteria is not good. Technical experts are consider as average performer whereas "low performance employee with good relation with managers" are consider as best employee. 6: everything is talk here. No such action for progress. 7: Company is running on the concept of Landmark forum. They are doing offsite meetings with employees to brainwash their mind completely. you can only take more and more work but you can not ask for salary or role. 8: This company is hiring freshers in bulk. Good employees are resigning here every day. Company is also happy as they do not need to pay high salary to experienced candidate. They thought that fresher can do work equivalent to experience . This is the reason the project quality is not up to the mark. 9: Technology changes are happening here. If you worked on Java than your next project can be on .Net or php. 10: Covid 19 problem is not under consideration in InTimeTec. They are gathering and doing parties even after government restriction. 11: when client escalate than no one ready to take responsibility. Your leads blame on you and questioned you in a way like they are not aware about the issue. 12: even after leaving the company, people call you for the issues on which you have worked. 13: Managers can do anything in your personal life on the name of "creating abundance". They first treat like they are really take care for you. once you share your personal issues like family, relationship, friendship etc. than they will start sharing those things with your team mates without your permission. 14: No work life balance. You work till 12 in night but next day you have to login at 8.30 AM as company in very strict on sign in time (not on sign off time) Most of good reviews on glassdoor are provided by in-force as they have one project for improving the company rating. The actual reviews are coming like mentioned above.

Your feedback indicates that you faced multiple challenges, and nothing worked for you for as long as you worked with us at InTimeTec. But it is quite difficult for us to absorb the fact that you stayed in such an environment for more than three years. There’s no point for us to address your review comment in detail, as most of what you shared is factually incorrect. Still, we’d like to clear the air for you on some of the points you highlighted. To encourage and promote more comprehensive learning, we have a Technical Powerhouse with people from different domains conducting technical training for other employees. All technical leads and architects are part of this group, and they too undergo technical training if and when they switch to advance technologies. When you talk about people leaving the company, we suggest you ponder if this is just specific to InTimeTec or the process of people joining or leaving a company applies everywhere in the private sector. Not that you care, but our attrition rate remains somewhere close to 5% per quarter, which is significantly lower than the attrition rate of most IT companies in India. Be it about dealing with Covid-19 or positive reviews in Glassdoor, the data/experience you have mentioned is nowhere close to reality. It is easy to blame things out using empty rhetoric, while it would have been much easier to reach out and talk to decision-makers. With the kind of leadership environment we have at InTimeTec, the core leadership team would have done everything possible to resolve your concerns. If you were not getting the necessary support from your manager or the rest of the team, the best thing you’d have done is to speak up. Staying silent in a decisive situation not only derails the process but causes enormous frustration in an employee, which we’d sense here in your review.

Pros

1 day of work = 1 day of development and 4 days of non sense meetings(Atleast i should mention one here)

Cons

Almost everything 1. They say that they trust their employees and keep on stressing on the word "Trust". But when it comes to reality, I really don't think that they do. Even if we are 2mins late to the office they cross question as if we have made a sin. We literally will be having a 1-on-1 with the manager(30-45mins) explaining the reason. They won't beleive even if it is a genuine one. 2. They will take (70-80 %)freshers around 6 lpa. And these kids blindly follow them as they are not aware of the outside IT culture. They will join happily because they got a good salary. 3. They have a senseless rule of asking every employee to attend the LANDMARK Sessions. Also you have to pay around 8500/- RS for which they won't even provide the bill and no online transactions were allowed. 4. For developers, they wont give much freedom to take decisions while working. There is lot of micromanagement from the management team. 5. I wasted a full day to get my code merged into master branch because of a silly space issue which had zero impact on the code. 6. Even an expert in any particular domain will make mistake while working and thats how they learn. Even if you did any minor mistake, you have to face the management. They will grill you like anything and might even fire you right away. Else they will make your life hell until you are there in the company. 7. They will keep an eye on you, if you are learning so quickly and fast, they will change your technology (They are very insecure that we will switch company) 8. They have implemented a rule like if you are working under a client, you should not switch your job under the same client's office until 2years. 9. One can easily become a manager, if they follow the rule of, work less and talk more about leadership. 10. You have to report to the people who have no technical knowledge. 12. When you have a one on one, they always ask about your personal life, where you are struggling and when time comes they'll use it against you. If you don't share or have opinions not as same as them, they'll say "You are not aligned with the comapany culture" 13. Sometimes people having just 1.5 years of experience will behave like a managers. 14. Even in this Pandemic, CEO and higher management are asking employees to come to the office and start working.

We have mentioned this in another response but it is worth noting again .Here are the facts, In Time Tec company has grown up from merely 4 employees to 450+ employees and no revenue to $11M+ in the last decade; 25 people who had left the company came back and rejoined; 65 people out of 450 have been working at In Time Tec for more than 5 years, our attrition rate is less than 10% which is much lesser than Industry average, fresh engineers don’t constitute more than 20% of company’s strength . Posting incorrect information like this will neither help you in any way nor harm us as that is not fundamentally who we are as a company. If Landmark Forum didn't work for you, you could always talk to the HR team. They would have surely reimbursed your 50% fee (50% is already paid by the company). In Time Tec is not for everyone -- either you will love to work here, or you will hate to work here. It is the company where everyone works hard, and the talent is always groomed and rewarded. The In Time Tec team (We're about 450+ employees worldwide as of now) is here to create abundance, and if you are not interested in doing that, please don't join this company. It requires courage to talk with HR or senior management team face-to-face to express your views and make a difference. The constructive reviews and inputs are always welcome, however, negative reviews never help.
