The owner insists on micromanaging every detail despite lacking any real technical knowledge. He inserts himself into meetings where he provides no value, only disruption. His disregard for employees is obvious—after forcing a 70‑hour workweek, he scheduled a last‑minute meeting late on a Friday just to berate his developers while dialing in from his car. Ironically, the issue he complained about arose only because he has no understanding of realistic software development workloads.
The CEO is not a good person. He presents himself at every SCRUM to say that the work done is garbage. He tells you to do something, and then says that the person who decided it is crap, and if you say that it was him who decided it, you get fired. He treats everyone like crap.
