Pros
A lot of responsibility, exciting projects and awesome team Great direction from the lead, clear instructions and gain of independent work. I could work in my free time and finish it on time. This raised my self-confidence. Being present at team meetings gaved me great understanding of work and planning processes to how a Start-up is functioning. Having regular meet ups made me feel very much welcome and work fun.
Cons
As any Start-up these guys work day and night.
