Pros

Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about my success, both as an individual and as part of the team. The atmosphere is inclusive, making it easy to collaborate and share your input with all team members and management. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, whether through training programs, tackling new projects, taking on added responsibilities, etc. As an agency, I can work independently on various projects that keep the work engaging. With that, hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. It's consistently appreciated and recognized, which is something you can't always find.

Cons

The workload can be fast-paced and demanding, especially when managing multiple projects. Also, as clients' needs evolve, requirements often shift, so learning to adapt is essential.
